Rachel Savage, AKBD, founded RS Design Management in 2015 after a full house renovation of an abandoned farmhouse that she now calls home. With a BS in Interior Design and more than 13 years working in the corporate design world, Rachel’s mix of creative spatial planning expertise and candid project management approach has helped her grow a dedicated client base and business.

After completing multiple home renovations of her own, Rachel understands the process and commitment that these projects require.  “My goal in starting this business was to make the renovation design process manageable and less overwhelming”. Empowering her clients with knowledge and a straightforward approach to design along with a mix of skilled contractors and vendors results in a positive experience for everyone. Having a happy client is always our goal.

RSDM does not offer “one-size fits all” designs and instead, aims to cater to each client’s specific needs through a highly personalized approach. We take our clients from planning to execution in one cohesive process. We work towards each clients’ budget while still providing a personalized, full-service design experience.
